If using a GPS you may need to enter 723 Cold Springs Road or Drive.

 

From Washington DC:  Interstate 66 West, to Linden exit #13, turn left on VA-79, right on VA-55 for approx 5 miles.  Turn left on US-340 go approx 23 miles, merge onto US-211 for approx 7 1/2 miles then.  Left onto US-340 South for approx  7 miles then Left onto VA-650/River Rd/Grove Hill River Rd for approx 2 miles, left onto Cold Springs Dr, Cabin ahead 0.7 miles on left.

 

From Interstate 81:  Exit at the New Market Exit # 264. Go East on US-211 for approx 0.3 miles.  At second stop light turn left onto US-11 North for approx 0.3 miles then make right at stop light onto US-211 East for approx 6.6 miles then turn Right onto US-340 South for approx 7.4 miles.  Left onto Grover Hill River Rd/VA-650 for approx 2 miles, then Right onto Cold Springs Dr for approx 0.7 miles.

 

From Virginia Beach & Richmond Area Interstate 64:  Exit # 136 Gordonsville / Palmyra, Right onto US-15 North for approx 11.9 miles.  Merge Left onto US-33 West for approx 32.9 miles.  Turn Right onto the Elkton Exit US-340 North go approx 9.6 miles.  Right onto Grove Hill River Rd go approx 2.1 miles then right onto Cold Springs Dr, Cabin 0.7 miles ahead on left.

Keycode Reference

The cabin has a keycode entry system.  The keycode # is 1022.  

 

To operate:

To UNLOCK the door press the schlage button at the top of the key pad.  The key pad will highlight blue, then enter the above keycode number.  Then turn the dead bolt to the right.

 

To LOCK the door press the schlage button at the top of the key pad and turn the dead bolt to the lock position. Wait for schlage button to stop blinking then check door to be sure it is locked.  Please lock the doors before departure.  Thank you.

Cost

Total house cost is $2100.

Total paid: $800
Total still owed: $1300

Individual shares still to be determined based on length of stay and sleeping arrangements.

• If everyone can come all three nights, the cost per person will be $131.25.
• If anyone's schedule/commitment changes, the per person cost will also change. 

The full payment is due 30 days before arrival. In order to have some elbow room for the November 30 deadline, money is due on November 15. I will send out WePay bills on November 1. Hopefully everyone will know by then what days they can come.

Also, like we did last time, those who get a bedroom will pay ten or twenty bucks more, and those that end up on an air mattress or couch get to pay less. If there's anyone who is willing to sleep on a couch or air mattress at the cheaper rate, let me know. Otherwise we'll just draw names out of a hat again. This money will be figured out in round three, when we decide about food.
